UI/UX
DESIGNER
We're looking for a full-time Middle UI/UX Designer for our
company that would be remote based but would be committed to
adhering to deadlines.
What you need to know
- fIGMA
- PHOTOSHOP
- illustrator
- researching
- Animation
- 3+ years of proven experience in designing applications on the web, mobile, and desktop;
- Proactive attitude and growth mindset;
- User-centered design approach;
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics;
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions;
- English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
This is your mission
- Understand the psychology and motivation of the user so as to position the product or service in a way that supports this;
- Research the product or service to understand its audience and its position in the market, gathering data that is used to deliver the best possible results to each user
- Craft the product, service of interaction in a way that fits into the narrative of the customer journey;
- Creating prototypes to further demonstrate this user experience;
- Test the user experience and iron out any issues before launch;
- Ongoing testing and appraisal to make sure the user experience continues to be the best it can be.
